Cinnamon Sautéed Pears
A flavorful recipe of skillet sautéed pears as a stand-alone dish or a great topper for other things.
Ingredients
- 4 pears - peeled, cored and diced
- 2 Tb ghee
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tb honey, optional
Instructions
- To begin, melt the ghee in a skillet over medium low heat.
- Add in the diced pears and sprinkle with the cinnamon. Cook for about 10 minutes or until the pears are tender. Stir occasionally.
- If your pears are a little tart, depending upon the variety, drizzle in the honey if needed and stir to combine.
